Description of goods
We endeavour to describe all items as fully as possible, to the best of our knowledge, providing as much history, age and detail as is known to us together with a full description of any discernible defects or faults. However, it should be noted that the items that we are selling are antique or vintage items and as such, may in some cases have some age-related wear.
Returns and exchange:
Our refund and exchange policy will be unique to each situation.
All of our items are thoroughly checked by our team to ensure that there are no functional issues with any part of the product before we fulfill a sale.
We understand that making a purchase online is not easy when you haven't seen or examined the goods. As a result of this, we have provided meticulous detail for each of our products. We are very happy to discuss items in more detail with you and, if required, will provide more information on the condition of the product, along with additional photographs. Please do contact us for more details, if you are unsure, before making a purchase.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase however, if you are unhappy with it, we would like you to get in touch with us.
When packaging your order, we always ensure that every light receives special care and attention. In accordance with UK mail, we test every parcel we are sending out to ensure that there are no breakages whilst in transit. If for any reason, your light arrives in a non-working state, please call us to arrange a potential refund or exchange. We cannot be liable for any damage that occurs to the lights whilst in your possession.
All items must be returned within 14 days of the date that the item was delivered in order to be eligible for an exchange. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The item must be packaged in accordance to UK Mail packaging guidelines and using all packaging that the item came with when delivered to you.
There are certain situations where only partial exchanges can be granted. This applies where any item, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed in credit through your account within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange sale items. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, pending eligibility.
Returning your item to return your product, you should send your item(s) to: Ruby Watts 126c High Street, Hurstpierpoint, Sussex, BN6 9PX.
Please repack the item with care utilising, where possible, the original packaging that you received your item in. We must stress that if the item arrives damaged we can not except the return, and will not be able to credit your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
All returns using postal methods must be sent using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
